Slept at Midnight and up at 4:30 AM. I am going to track my sleep time and see at what length is optimal for me. Usually four hours, but that is for maybe one week or two, before I can feel the effects of four hours of sleep. I will see. I will have to change my sleep time, and not better time than the beginning of the month. 😉
