I am feeling a lot of resistance. So I must think of my first step, then second, third, etc… I will not overthink the situation, but look only what is in front of me, not the future or the past, just what is in front.

Thank you little guy for having a big impact in my life.

This opened my mind and got me thinking, “What else don’t I need and is cluttering my space?” My journey to minimalism begins.

I cannot seem to control my eating. I got down to 169 lb and just been climbing. Today I weighted myself, I am at 174.9 lb. This is my breaking point. More movement and less eating.

A person of my stature should be weighing 140 lb.

What an awesome day. I am exhausted. Log work day to say the least! Learned a lot. I was exhasted from the previous day at work. Learning a lot and hope by this time next year… I am know enough to be helping others. I still consider myself a “newbie” since I have been at my position for seven month, compared to the experienced senoir personnel that has been there for over twenty-years! I know I will have to patient and just learn each day… I do not know of anyone that learned twenty-years of experience in one day! 😀
