Consistent
One of the most difficult things in life to do or be is to be consistent. I believe if can be consistent at one thing, then I can be consistent in everything. But I have a difficult time in remaining consistent at one thing. 😔 I do not know why I cannot remain consistent! I struggle to be close, but even that falls short at times! Why, oh why I cannot remain consistent?
I am overweight because I am out of energy and I am out of energy because I am overweight. I must break one to break the other… And that is the answer! 🤔

Discipline
Discipline in one thing, discipline in all things. Breakdown the discipline in one thing, the breakdown of one discipline affects the discipline in other things.
Where/what the eyes focuses on, the body and mind follows.
My Father said,”sacrifice while you are young, and enjoy the fruits of your hard work when your body can no longer do what your mind wants to do when you are young.” I failed to learn what he meant, and did not follow my Father’s advice. Now I have the results of not listening. Now that I am older, I now understand his advice. I am trying to push my aging body beyond my older body’s limits to try and satisfy my mind. I now understand what my Father meant. 😔
Discipline… Self discipline. Do what is necessary to get the results. No results, then no discipline.

Minimizing
Looked in the closet yesterday and started my minimizing process. I threw out empty boxes! I do not know why I would keep (hoard) empty boxes. I am also reviewing domain names that I am leasing. I am only going to keep the ones that I use and just let the rest expire. I had envision at one time what I was going to use them for, but I just do not have the time… 🙁 I will revisit when I have more leeway in doing other things, but for now I have three in my line of sight to accomplish! I must remain disciplined; how I do one thing is how I do everything!

Easy to do
The easy things that can be done, that I do not do are the things that are getting me in life. Errors in judgement done every day; I think that I can do later and end up not doing… 🙁
I have to fix quickly, as I do not have much time!

Stay on Schedule

I often miss things that I want to do because I delay in doing them. This day moving forward, I will create a schedule that I will follow. When the time to do a task, I will do that task! I am going to have the slight edge working for me.
