Discipline
Discipline in one thing, discipline in all things. Breakdown the discipline in one thing, the breakdown of one discipline affects the discipline in other things.
Where/what the eyes focuses on, the body and mind follows.
My Father said,”sacrifice while you are young, and enjoy the fruits of your hard work when your body can no longer do what your mind wants to do when you are young.” I failed to learn what he meant, and did not follow my Father’s advice. Now I have the results of not listening. Now that I am older, I now understand his advice. I am trying to push my aging body beyond my older body’s limits to try and satisfy my mind. I now understand what my Father meant. 😔
Discipline… Self discipline. Do what is necessary to get the results. No results, then no discipline.
