Consistent
One of the most difficult things in life to do or be is to be consistent. I believe if can be consistent at one thing, then I can be consistent in everything. But I have a difficult time in remaining consistent at one thing. 😔 I do not know why I cannot remain consistent! I struggle to be close, but even that falls short at times! Why, oh why I cannot remain consistent?
I am overweight because I am out of energy and I am out of energy because I am overweight. I must break one to break the other… And that is the answer! 🤔
